about us
■ Neon Rider @og_neonrider
The Neon Rider began as a passion project between Alex Trillo and Raul Martinez Liera in 2007, emerging as a music blog during the bloghouse era. Their deep love for music naturally led them to the decks, and soon after, they began DJing under the same name. From 2009 to 2012, they spent much of their early career in New York City, crate-digging and playing at clubs such as Home Sweet Home, B. East, The Sweet Paradise Lounge, Le Bain, Kinfolk Studios, and Let’s Play House parties. They pioneered DJ live streaming from Alex’s East Village apartment before Youtube and Boiler room were doing it.
Today, Alex is based in Mexico City, while Raul resides in New York, occasionally reuniting to play at The Lot Radio and La Milagrosa. If you’re in CDMX you might catch them at Sunday Sunday or Departamento Studio Bar.
Over the years, they have shared the decks with an impressive lineup of artists, including Holy Ghost!, Mike Simonetti, Kim Ann Foxman, Tim Sweeney, Benjamin Diamond, Wolf + Lamb, Tiger & Woods, Moonboots, Flight Facilities, Bottin, Rodion, Eddie C., Still Going, Tomas Barfod, Mexican Institute of Sound and Escort.
As producers, TNR has also released edits on Electrique Music, ISM Records, and Midnight Riot, further cementing their place in the underground dance music scene.
■ Rubinskee @rubinskee_one
Rubinskee burst onto the scene in 2001, forging his sound through sheer tenacity and a Pentium 1 running Windows 95, pushing that machine to its absolute limits. Over time, his sonic explorations took shape, and by 2004, he released his first productions under the Discos Konfort label, immediately catching the attention of the local scene.
His evolution has been the result of years of dedication, learning, and the influence of a vibrant community of musicians. With a Live Act that strikes a perfect balance between precision and raw energy, he has taken his music to major international stages, performing at festivals such as Mutek, Boiler Room, Japan Music Week, Day Zero, and Bahidorá, solidifying his place as one of the most compelling figures in the electronic circuit.
These days, alongside his friend and producer Harfush, he launches Concilio, a party dedicated to their shared love for House music.
